A Camel painted in PanPastels and some pen & Ink added.
I thought I'd like to try the combination of mediums, and it worked quite well.
The Camel was painted for Wet Canvas, Animal & Wildlife May Challenge
Calla Lilies in watercolor and Inktense pencils. I loved the bright pink color of these lilies.
This painting was painted for the Wet Canvas Floral Forum's May 2017 Challenge
I've been painting and drawing most of my life. I enjoy all painting drawing mediums - but use mostly Pastels, Watercolors, and Pen & Ink. I'm a member of Pastel Artists of New Zealand and Southern Pastel Artists. I'm a Moderator on the Wet Canvas Artists Website and an Administrator on PaintMyPhoto Artist Website. I hope you enjoy seeing my paintings and I will post them as I paint.

Watercolour & pen painting
A watercolour and pen painting. I haven't used pens with watercolor for a very long time, so discovered that most of my pens had dried up except one, which turned out to be water-soluble! So I had fun trying to mop up the blurrs and runs into my watercolor! But now I've got used to this pen, I might try more watercolor & pen paintings with it, as it's quite fun.
Bright tulip
A tulip done for the "Bright Flower Challenge" for the PaintMyPhoto Website.
This was rendered in PanPastels and soft pastels.
Red Mushrooms painted for the "Loose Watercolor Group"
I tried to paint very loosely with watercolor for this challenge

Watercolour of tulips in a vase
This was a watercolour and Inktense pencils of a bunch of tulips in a vase. I often use Inktense pencils with watercolour to give some texture to my watercolor paintings
